Ry, C.P.T Born and raised in Carlsbad, San Diego, Ry has always had a passion for health, athletic performance, and progressive challenge. Ryan uses functional exercises as his primary training style. Ryan was a D1 scholastic athlete in football. He began training in 2004 after making a full recovery from a serious back injury he suffered while fighting fire. Ryan’s philosophy on life and fitness is one and the same, “Stay true, Stay active.”
Friends call him baby Jesus, and is a Marine turned yoga instructor! Post Marine Corp he's dedicated his life to health, fitness and all around health: MIND, BODY AND SOUL! In the down time you can find Keene traveling the world, snowboarding, surfing, climbing, dirt-biking, on the beach or kicked back watching good ole American football! Passionate fitness enthusiast and all around goof ball!
Originally from Texas, Kristin & her family relocated to SoCal 2 years ago after living overseas as expats in the Middle East & Asia for 9 years. Although she has a background in Corporate Marketing & Sales, she followed her passion for fitness & began teaching HIIT, Strength Classes and Bootcamp to adults and kids. She loves making the workouts challenging but fun, so don’t be surprised if she busts out her 80s dance moves or raps California Love. She is always expanding her knowledge in all realms of fitness to stay well rounded and ensure the best for her clients. She is ACE Group Fitness and ACE Bootcamp certified, TRx Level 1, Series Tabata Strength and Lagree Fitness Method certified.
After running competitively, Neda migrated into endurance events and has participated in full and half marathons, and Tough Mudders. Neda began her journey as a fitness mentor 15 years ago after attending her first cycling class and has enjoyed seeing others make progress in their quest to lead healthier and ultimately happier lives. Whether as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, or workout buddy, She sees being a part of someone else's success as a very humbling and rewarding experience. She works with people of all ages, abilities, by rebuilding strength and addressing imbalances to enhance the awareness of your body.
