Our heart rate based interval workouts are scientifically designed to deliver maximum fat burning result in the shortest amount of time by generating an afterburn effect which increases your metabolic rate for up to 37 hours after your workout.
Our comprehensive training programming allows for simultaneous improvements in strength, metabolic function, and cardiovascular endurance while achieving effective fat-loss and also allowing for active recovery – thus avoiding the dreaded plateau and over-training.
Full Body Amp (M, W, F, Sa) -
Metabolic training class. Clients will be focusing on maintaining a high intensity throughout the class with the variety of different exercises that will produce the oxygen debt needed to ensure an effective EPOC result. Three main components include: compound exercises, core movements and plyometrics.
Build Upper/Lower (Tu, Th) -
An interval-based training program focused on Strength. Clients will be building and maintaining lean muscle mass which helps with the reduction in body fat along with providing strength to do activities of daily living with ease. The main components include super setting muscle groups, single sided activation and explosive movement.
